Bob grew up hunting and fishing in the Texas Hill Country and continues to do so all throughout Texas to this day. Bob has over three decades of experience working in real estate and land management and is passionate about Texas lands, outdoor recreation, and helping people find ranches and properties of their own.

Poorman Land Services is a state leader in Texas Veteran's Land Board Program sales. This program offers very good financing to any buyer who is a qualified Texas veteran.
Poorman Land Services, at its sole expense, will have your land surveyed and platted before you take ownership. All surveys are done by a Registered Land Surveyor using modern GPS Equipment. You will be supplied your own plat showing all of your property lines along with their direction and dimension.
Poorman Land Services sells property that either fronts on a public road or has insured, recorded access to a nearby public road. Most of the properties are behind locked private gates.
